Since its inception in 2015, Best Staff Services has become one of the top female and minority-owned firms in Texas. Our CEO, Nicole Celestine, is a proud Alumna of Texas Southern University, where she holds an MBA in Energy Finance. She works closely with various employers and programs to ensure her clients’ success.
